089H10 - Luftwaffe M40 single decal combat helmet with ½ chickenwire basket. This
exceptional piece features an unquestionably applied ½ chichenwire basket. Everything
about this M40 has consistent age and wear. The shell shows normal wear to the
finish. The eagle's wear is consistent with the rest of the exterior. The interior
shows age that matches the age and wear to the chinstrap. The liner is marked "58" a
normal size. The shell is stamped "SE66' with "7360" the batch number. A great example

089H9 - Luftwaffe M40 combat helmet with burlap camo cover. This rare camouflage
helmet features period attached string netting with burlap interwoven as a cover. The
Luftwaffe eagle is visible beneath the burlap. The interior shows normal wear with
a complete liner. A partial chinstrap remains. The liner shows the owner's initials
as "E.H.". The apron is marked ET64 with the batch number 941. This is a great

089H5 - Luftwaffe Fallschirmjager helmet. This helmet features a dark field gray
semi-rough texture finish. The Luftwaffe eagle shows normal wear but is in overall
very good condition. The exterior finish indicates it has not been cleaned. There is
one shallow "battle" dent towards the top front center. The liner is secured to the
shell with four spanner bolts. The interior indicates a mid-war RB numbered liner
size 54 with a 66 shell. The RB number has been darkened. The ventilation holes in
the leather and all the stitching is complete and not torn. Separating the liner
from the aluminum band are extra thick pads intended to adjust the small liner
size to the shell. The shell is stamped ET68 indicating wartime replacement of
the liner. The chinstrap is incomplete missing the friction clip and buckle

087H8 - Child's Luftwaffe "cut-out" style paper mache toy helmet. This child's size
helmet is a real treat to examine. This helmet features all the characteristics of a
full-size, early "cut-out" style Luftwaffe parade dress helmet. The oversized lugs
with the early "droop-tail" Luftwaffe eagle and national shield really dress this up. The
chinstrap is made of black woven fabric. The 8 tongue liner is made of the same material
complete with drawstring. It's amazing that this rare piece has survived the original

084H1 - Luftwaffe M35 double decal helmet. This helmet features the second style Luftwaffe
eagle that has better than 95% of the decal. On the opposite side is the national shield
with about 80% remaining. Both decals show normal age yellowing. The Luftwaffe blue finish
shows an area of missing paint about 3" in diameter. This helmet has the owner's name
neatly scratched into the rear skirt above the batch number. The chinstrap and liner are
complete and original to the helmet. The liner is stamped size 56. A good representative
